Their Single Malt series contains a threesome of Irish Single Malts, How the Years Whistle By being the oldest of the bunch. The sourced whiskey was first aged for 8 years in first-fill Bourbon barrels before spending an additional 2 years in oak Oloroso sherry casks. Complex, rich, and smooth, it's bottled at 92 proof without chill filtration or added coloring.
