Most Botanicals I've Experienced

While Islay is well known for Scotch, the Botanist Islay Dry Gin is equal to any spirit from Islay. Exquisitely well balanced traditional juniper with citrus, herbs and spices, and floral flavors. A well trained nose can even detect the soft, hay-like aroma of Lady's Bedstraw . It mixes well but as easily stands alone. It is well worth exploration by the experienced connoisseur or the novice seeking a unique experience.
