Reshipment

My UPS driver of more than a decade, brought the box to the door and told me to check contents carefully as it looked like the label had been taken from the original box and placed on the current box. I opened it to find the most expensive bottle was missing. I called bottle Gaia and they began a claim process. While it did take many weeks to get it resolved, they did replace the missing bottle..

Bottle Haus reshipment was great! UPS United Parcel Service was not! UPS lost my first shipment but eventually found it and shipped it back to Bottle Haus instead of delivering to me. My reshipment again Bottle Haus was great and UPS not so much! My package was delayed due to a UPS trailer arrived late! My package didn’t move from that status for 4 days and was then finally delivered but my package was SO beat up! The box was complete crushed! If Bottle Haus had not packed my shipment so well in the bubble wrap container then I am sure everything would have been broken. Bottle Haus you should consider switching from UPS to FedEx!
